FREE DELIVERY on orders $75.00 and over 

• Your order SUBTOTAL must be $75.00 or over to receive FREE Delivery
• You must have a delivery destination within our standard local delivery areas, Zone 1 or Zone 2.
• No code is necessary for free delivery service.  At check out, your order will show your delivery costs, if applicable.
• You may also place your order over the phone and receive the free delivery option. 
• Orders under $75.00 subtotal, standard delivery fees will apply.

Standard Business Day Delivery and Curbside Schedule:

For Same Day Delivery:  Monday - Saturday, Orders for ZONE 1 & 2 must be received by 5:00 p.m., Sorry, we do not deliver on Sunday.
For Same Day Curbside Pickup:  Monday - Thursday, orders must be received by 7:00 p.m., Friday & Saturday by 8:00p.m. , Sunday by 4:00 p.m..  Pickups start at 10:30 a.m. Mon-Sat, 1:30 p.m. Sundays.

Wine World Curbside Pickup

Easily arrange for a Curbside Pickup by choosing this convenient option when finalizing your online order at NO EXTRA CHARGE!    You will receive an email to confirm your order and second one telling you when your order will be ready--ususally within about an hour.  Once you are in our parking lot, give us a call and we'll run your order out to your car.  

Curbside Pickup Rules:

• Please give us at least an hour to process your order.
• Monday - Saturday - pick up starts at 10:30am, Sunday, starts at 1:30am
• Latest you may place a Curbside Pick Up order is one hour prior to closing.  We cannot accept pick up orders within the final hour prior to closing.
• If you do not pick up your order the same day, it will be available the next day after 10:30a.m./1:30p.m..
• You may place your order online or by telephone.

Wine World Local Delivery Service

Local Delivery Service is a convenience we are happy to always offer our customers.  Since 2018, we have had our delivery service in place.  Whether you are just busy... or for health and safety concerns, we make deliverys to all our surrounding neighborhoods:  Amherst, North Tonawanda, Tonawanda, Getzville, Wheatfield, Sanborn, Pendleton and parts of Niagara Falls and Williamsville.

Regular Delivery Details (non-holiday)

Minimum Purchase:  Your order must be over $25.00 (SUB-TOTAL).

Days of the week we deliver:  We deliver Monday – Saturday.   Sorry, no Sunday deliveries due to staffing.

How to place your order:  You may place your order on-line or call in your order:  716-691-3396. See latest times (below) for placing orders for same day delivery.

Payment:  All delivery orders must be prepaid using a credit card.

DELIVERY ZONES:

As of June 16th, our Delivery zones have changed.  We no longer deliver according to zip codes but be still have two zones. Zone 1 are the areas within approximately 15 minutes or less from our store.  Zone 2 are the areas aproximately 15 or somewhat more minutes from our store.

Zone 1:   Delivery Fee:  $5.00

*Latest time of day to place your order for same day delivery:  5:00pm

Zone 2: 

Delivery Fee:  $8.00

*Latest time of day to place your order for same day delivery:  5:00pm

*Orders received after latest time of day will be delivered next delivery day.

 OUTSIDE OUR DELIVERY AREAS?  Extended delivery outside the above listed areas, please call for possible delivery options.  We cannot guarantee delivery will be available but we will do our best to work with your request.

Delivery Terms: 

• During severe weather or  busy shopping days, we reserve the right to restrict deliveries.  
• All orders must be prepaid with a credit card prior to delivery.
• Person receiving delivery must be 21 years or older and have valid ID.
• Person placing order must be available to accept delivery unless otherwise advised prior to delivery. Order will not be left with any other person other than name on order.
• If no one is available at the delivery location, the order will not be left at door.  It will be taken back to store.  
• Rejection of delivery may be made at our discretion.  We may refuse to complete delivery at any time if delivery is judged to be unsafe or illegal.  This is for the safety and protection of all parties concerned.

COVID PROTOCOL at Wine World:
Wine World is OPEN! You may enter our store to shop.

Face Masks and Social Distancing are not required. 

All people entering the store may choose to wear a face mask but it is not required.  

Curbside Pick-Up is Still Available. Call us at 716-691-3396 and place a curbside pickup.  On-line shopping is also available with options for curbside pick up or delivery service.

We will be glad to personally assist you with your selections and process your order as quickly as possible.
