Lajver Description

Blaufränkisch is the most colorful grape variety in the Carpathian Basin with the greatest potential, but it is therefore a little recognized variety.

White. And Blaufränkisch. Its scent is reminiscent of a light, airy rosé, but it could also be a fresh Riesling with a note of Cserszeger. The mixture unfolds as you sip; you can feel fresh, crunchy, early raspberries, peaches, white mulberries and a little creaminess. From fresh sour cherries to exotic fruits, it evokes a wide range of flavors and aromas. A pure, sweet, flattering wine. It contains energy, purity, sweetness and finesse. This is how you can tell that it really is a Blaufränkisch.

Production:
The grapes are hand-picked. The must from the press is immediately drawn off, clarified and fermented cold in stainless steel containers. The result is an almost perfect white wine, the slight rosé color has been corrected through clarification and the result is a unique, white Blaufränkisch.
